‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 4 Spoilers: Natalie Dormer Gives Hints About Her ‘Purple Wedding’ To Joffrey Baratheon

"Game of Thrones" season 4 spoilers reveal that the so-called "Purple Wedding" between King Joffrey Baratheon (Jack Gleeson) and Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer) will happen in season 4. Natalie Dormer gave a little spoiler clue on what the Purple Wedding will hold for her character on "Game of Thrones."

Natalie Dormer said that next spring, when "Game of Thrones" returns for season 4, Margaery's wedding to the cruel King Joffrey will also hopefully come with a very important wedding gift: "Living!" she told Vanity Fair with a laugh.

"Death is an occupational hazard when you're part of this show."

So does this mean Margaery will survive for most of season 4? We sure hope so! We like her spunky personality and manipulative ways on "Game of Thrones."

But don't think that this means all lives will be spared during the Purple Wedding.

As we previously reported, the Purple Wedding promises to be even bigger than the infamous Red Wedding.

"It's going to be the wedding of the year, and as memorable in its own way as our wedding last season," author George R.R. Martin told TV Guide. "It's what the fans call the Purple Wedding, based on the color of the wine, which plays a big part."

Indeed it does. You'll have to tune in next spring to see just exactly how big of a part it plays. We'll give you a hint: it bears some similarity to the events that occurred at the Red Wedding.

Look for 77 courses at the Purple Wedding feast and "some wonderful halftime entertainment," The Huffington Post reports.

George R. R. Martin dished to E! about the anticipated event, saying, "Well, we have another wedding, a bigger wedding. 77 courses and all of the royal kingdom has assembled and it's supposed to be pretty amazing," Wetpaint reports.

"We just finished filming it in Croatia," Martin continued. "I unfortunately couldn't attend myself because they have me chained at my desk writing the next book, but from all the reports it was spectacular."
