50 Shades Of Grey Movie Cast: Charlie Hunnam Meets With Author E.L. James Despite Rumors He Was Quitting Role As Christian Grey B/C Fans Appeal

50 Shades of Grey movie cast: Charlie Hunnam meets with author of the best-seller, E.L. James to provide backup that the "Sons of Anarchy" star isn't going anywhere.

Producers of the 50 Shades of Grey movie warned fans that they might not like the cast when it was announced on Labor Day. As it turned out, they were right. Even though the backlash against "Ben and Kate" star Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele isn't nearly as bad as Charlie Hunnam as Christian Grey, thanks to a petition against him landing the role and him being too old for the part.

"Guess who....," the native British author tweeted Saturday alongside a photo of Charle Hunnam's forearm tattoo that his character, Jax Teller, sports on the FX show, "Sons of Anarchy."

This could mean the 50 Shades of Grey movie cast will stay as is despite the fans who tried to make it not happen.

James posted the photo on her Twitter account a few days after rumors swirled that Hunnam would quit his role as Christian Grey in the film because of the backlash of fans who didn't want the 33-year-old to play the part.

Celeb Dirty Laundry was the first news site to fuel the allegations that Hunnam was planning to quit after the platform site Change.org received over 85,000 signatures from fans petitioning filmmakers to recast the UK native's role.

The Hollywood Reporter reported on Sep. 18 that a source revealed that Hunnam's new security was provided by Universal during his appearance at the season six premiere of "Sons of Anarchy" in Hollywood last month.
