Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Spoilers: Callie, Arizona, Richard, And New Sneak Peek Featuring Cristina And Alex

"Grey's Anatomy" season 10 is officially underway, and spoilers are surfacing regarding Callie, Arizona, Richard, and more!

While Richard Webber has been seen to open his eyes during the "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 premiere, it doesn't necessarily mean he'll be back on his feet anytime soon.

"Over the next five episodes, we'll watch him in this journey,  how he tries to come back from this. We haven't seen Chief in this light before, so it's going to be really interesting, really compelling," says Shonda Rhimes.

This means that Richard might be missing out on the 200th episode celebration, judging by spoilers of what is going down.

Reportedly, the "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 special episode will center around a fundraising gala, and while the doctors play dress-up, the interns will have to run the ER.

"The storyline actually takes an interesting and unexpected turn in the 200th episode for Arizona, and I think it's going to be funny," says Capshaw. "I think we really wanted to play the joy of the medicine and the joy of our character's journeys.

"And really, it's the first episode that Meredith Grey has really come back to work [after giving birth]. So we wanted to play some of the joy of that as well. There are some interesting combinations of people who are going to start to get together and get a little closer and it's a really, really different kind of party. You haven't seen a party like this before."

According to Shonda Rhimes, Callie will provide much of the comedic relief in the special episode.

"Callie, interestingly enough, while still going through something fairly dark, has a lot of humorous stuff happening to her in this season. She's playing a lot of humor [and] getting the biggest laughs at table reads right now."
