Britney has just released a new video for her latest single, "Work B-ch."

Britney struts around and shows off in the new music video. The 31-year-old mom of two looks like she hasn't aged a day since, oh, 2001.

After a week of teasers, Spears finally released the 'Work B--ch' video during the iHeartRadio Music Festival telecast on Tuesday night.

The pop diva flaunts her stuff while a slew of backup dancers gyrate behind her.

There is a leather whip, some sharks, and a whole lot else in the new Britney Spears music video.

The four-minute 'Work B--ch' video recalls other divlas like Madonna, Janet Jackson, and Beyonce.

The sexy new video went viral instantly. The "Work B--ch" video been viewed on VEVO nearly 2 million times in just a few hours.

Spears is currently in preparation for a two-year show in Las Vegas....and the video bears a nod to it. Britney dances on a balcony in front of Planet Hollywood, where her engagement will begin this December.
