While revealing that she had a "strong connection" with Blue Ivy Carter before labor in a recent interview with Australia's Marie Claire magazine, Beyonce admitted being "completely nervous" when hitting the stage.

When explaining how she went through labor, the singer divulged how she felt like a mother before she gave birth to her baby, who turns two in January.

"I felt very maternal around eight months. And I thought I couldn't become any more until I saw the baby," she recalled. "But it happened during my labor because I had a very strong connection with my child. I felt like when I was having contractions, I envisioned my child pushing through a very heavy door. And I imagined this tiny infant doing all the work, so I couldn't think about my own pain... We were talking. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt a communication."

Soon after giving the gift of life to Blue Ivy, Beyonce returned to doing what she does best.

Even after being the lead singer in the infamous group Destiny's Child and selling millions of records worldwide, Jay-Z's "Bonnie" still gets a case of the jitters when she takes the stage.

"I'm still completely nervous," she confessed. "I still feel pressure."

Additionally, Beyonce revealed that she does give attention to the online articles about her, but stays cautious of the comments below.

"Don't scroll down!" she advises herself. "You're definitely going to get your feelings hurt."
