Willow Smith, 13, and Moises Arias, 20, unknowingly sparked controversy when a photo of them lying in bed together hit the internet. A new report is claiming that Child Protective Services wants to interview Moises himself.

A source close to the investigation told Radar Online. "Social workers would like to talk to Willow's friend, Moises, about the photo which depicts them on the same bed together."

However, the source said "Moises is under no obligation to talk to authorities."

According to media reports, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith are under investigation by child protective services. The reports say Willow Smith assured child protection services that "nothing inappropriate" happened between her and Moises Arias. The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services are said to have questioned the 13-year-old star and her parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, twice.

According to Radar Online, The Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services have reportedly been in contact with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith after their 13-year-old daughter, Willow, appeared in an Instagram picture of her laying on a bed with actor Moises Arias, 20.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "Willow was questioned on two separate occasions by social workers from Child Protective Services. Once in the presence of her parents, and the second time, Willow was alone with the social worker."

The Willow Smith Instagram photo is a Black and White image that shows Willow wearing jeans and a shirt while Arias is shirtless with his lower half not fully visible. The image has been very controversial, people drew conclusions about the pair's relationship. Arias is a family friend of the Smiths and very close friend to Willow's brother, Jaden Smith.

The source continued "Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren't happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand. Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the picture with her as well. This won't just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution."
