Baltimore has 30 hits -- four of them homers -- with 14 runs in the first two games of the set, according to ESPN.com.
"We've been having good at-bats up there," said Markakis, who homered and had an RBI single. "Seems like when they get the ball over the plate, we've been getting good swings on it and finding the hole, finding the gap."
Tillman is 5-2 with a 4.63 ERA on the season, and in his last start against the Astros, pitched 6 2/3 innings with just one run.
"We wanted to give him a couple of extra days, but this won't hurt him," Orioles manager Buck Showalter said. "He has been pitching good lately."
Lewis (4-4, 5.44 ERA) is coming off a start where he allowed six earned runs. He is 1-3 with a 7.52 ERA in four starts at home this season. He has made four starts against the Orioles in the past four years and is 1-3 with a 5.74 ERA, according to MLB.com.
"My last outing, I felt like I threw the ball great, it was just one pitch that kind of dictated the game," Lewis said.
