‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ Cast: Iron Man Falls Short Of Black Panther For Title Of Richest Superhero! Wakanda Monarch Set To Appear In Avengers 2?

"Avengers: Age of Ultron" will feature a technological battle-and tech involves money and smarts. We all know that Tony Stark has a lot of both but he's not at the top of the list.

An infographic that was based on data from the comic books was presented by io9. It shows the estimated net worth of the richest superheroes.

At third place was Bruce Wayne whom we all know as Batman. He is the owner of Wayne Enterprises which holds numerous estates, patents and inventions. His estates are rumored to encompass almost one third of Gotham City. Wayne Enterprises account for $ 75 billion and he spent more than 1 million on gadgets and vehicles.

Tony Stark places second. He enjoys a more public life than the reclusive Batman. Thus he is able to maximize his hero status to gain political power. This makes Stark Industries the leading defense company in the world (of the Marvel Universe).

Based on the infographic, the estimated net worth of Tony Stark is 100 billion dollars and he spent $ 1.5 billion on his Iron Man suits. Armani would've been proud.

Who could possibly trump these two? Well, if they own their multi-billion dollar companies our winner runs his own country. T'Challa, monarch of Wakanda, a fictitious African country whose main resource happens to be the most valuable and indestructible metal (at least in the Marvel Cinematic Universe-adamantium belongs to Fox) in the world. The Black Panther is the Vibranium mogul, and he has no rivals.

An estimated $ 500 billion catapults him to the top but he has to work overtime to protect his estate. It was rumored that Ultron wanted his Vibranium stash to make himself indestructible.

But if that's the plot line, we should expect to see T'Challa in the Avengers sequel but there is no confirmation of that yet.
