Colombia will face off against Uruguay in a Round of 16 match of the Brazil World Cup 2014 tournament, pitting two of the tournament's strongest teams against each other.

Colombia, ranked eighth in the world, is expected to be the favorite in the match.

The South American team's coach José Pékerman called Argentina "overpriced" during a recent interview.

"We cannot start thinking ahead of time or what might be coming later on," he also said, according to The Telegraph. 

Uruguay, ranked seventh in the world, is expected to be the underdog of the match.

The South American team's manager Óscar Tabárez quit FIFA's strategic committee on Friday in protest at the ban football's governing body imposed on his team's star striker Luis Suarez for biting an Italian player, the Associated Press reports. 

"It is not wise, at least it is not prudent to be in an organization with people who exerted pressure in order to promote this decision," Tabarez said, according  to the site.
