Adam Brody Wife Leighton Meester To Appear On ‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 4 As Queen Elsa? Newlyweds Step Out To Have ‘Frozen-Themed’ Date In New York

Fan speculations have surfaced that Adam Brody's wife, Leighton Meester, might appear on 'Once Upon a Time' season 4 as the beloved Queen Elsa of 'Frozen.'

Some fans think that the 28-year-old actress will give justice to the Queen of Arendelle because of her previous role as Blair Waldorf on the now defunct show, 'Gossip Girl.'

As Blair, Meester was able to show different personas - a cunning society queen, an insecure yet concerned best friend to Serena, a daughter yearning for her parents' attention, and a simple girl who just wants to be loved back by her man.

If Adam Brody's wife, Leighton Meester, will indeed be chosen as Queen Elsa, she needs to act both powerful and compassionate. Apart from the 'Montecarlo' actress, several stars have been linked to the prized role including Dianna Agron, Elizabeth Mitchell, Maggie Grace, and even 'Gossip Girl' alum, Blake Lively.

'Once Upon a Time' creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis have not yet announced their chosen actress for the role of Queen Elsa. Anna, on the other hand, will be played by newcomer Elizabeth Lail whereas 'Greek' star Scott Michael Foster will give life to Kristoff.

Once Upon a Time' season 4 will reportedly be divided into two parts - each part having its own villain. Many viewers are convinced that Queen Elsa will terrify Storybrooke in the season's first part.

Meanwhile, Adam Brody and Leighton Meester were spotted having ice cream in New York City. The brunette beauty was clad in denim cutoffs and plaid polo while her husband donned a pair of brown shorts and grey shirt. Both wore sunglasses during their casual city stroll.

Adam Brody and Leighton Meester's wedding secretly took place in February this year.
