Though the Xperia Z2 has also been launched a few months ago, the expanding knowledge pool of the Xperia Z3 is in-line with Sony’s goals of launching a flagship every six months.

Based on this development cycle, speculations abound that suggests that the Sony Xperia Z3 may arrive September 2014.

The leaked photos marks the first time the Xperia Z3 was seen as a fully assembled smartphone and not just parts. It was pictured alongside that still yet to be released, Sony Xperia Z3 compact.

Based on the images, the bezels of the Xperia Z3 seems to have narrowed and the aluminum surrounds sits more snugly to the bodywork – like the Huawei Ascend P7.
