The official name of Google's upcoming and highly-anticipated version of mobile firmware has not been announced yet. However, unofficially dubbed as Android L, this soon-to-be-released mobile OS can now be installed on various Nexus devices including the Nexus 7 2013.

Google recently released the Developer Preview for the Android L software. Tech fans and enthusiasts who wish to install Android L can now do so on their test devices, which can be a Nexus 5 or the Wi-fi variant of Nexus 7 2013.

The Android L Developer Preview for Nexus 7 2013 and Nexus 5 is highly likely to have various bugs and issues, which means installing the firmware can cause serious troubles to the gadgets.
