‘The Originals’ Season 2 Spoilers: Vengeance Looms In The Wake Of Tragedy; Show To Keep Moving Quickly

"The Originals" season 2 spoilers are here and vengeance loomed largely on the minds of the vampires after the season 1 finale's tragedy. The show, according to the cast, will move quickly just like what the fans like it.

Joseph Morgan (Klaus Mikaelson) dished out "The Originals" season 2 spoilers to IGN when he said that the premiere episode will start off around four to six months after the tragedy that befell the vampires.

He also said that his character and his brother, Elijah, are crafting revenge as long as they find out who was responsible.

He said season 2 "finds them still in the wake of this tragedy."

"None of course blaming themselves, but looking to cast the blame elsewhere," Morgan added of "The Originals" season 2 spoilers.

Daniel Gillies (Elijah Mikaelson), for his part, also revealed "The Originals" season 2 spoilers on how the brothers will deal with vengeance in the aftermath of the tragedy.

He said his character is the patient one, preferring to perfect his plan first before moving things in motion, while Klaus Mikaelson is very impulsive and wants to act right away.

They both assured that the pace of season 2 will move as quickly, as Joseph Morgan said talking about the return of Esther (Alice Evans) and Mikael (Sebastian Roché), "One thing I think anyone who's watched our show will know is it moves very quickly. And it's gonna effect them almost immediately."

As for the possible crossover episodes between "The Originals" and "Vampire Diaries," Joseph Morgan told TheWrap that it would be difficult at this point because of the schedule of shooting, but it's not in the realm of impossibility.

"You never know. The [Vampire Diaries] world still exists in the same universe so you never know," he said.

"The Originals" season 2 will air on CW Network on October 6th at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
