The new 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' trailer has been unveiled. The newest propaganda-themed teaser begins with the late Philip Seymour Hoffman's character Plutarch Heavensbee talking to Julianne Moore who plays President Alma Coin.

The former Head Gamemaker and District 13's president are shown discussing Katniss Everdeen's capability to lead the rebellion following the trauma that she acquired from the arena. "No one else can do this but her. We need to unite these people out there. She's the face of this rebellion," said Plutarch.

Though rescued by a rebel group headed by Plutarch, Haymitch, and Finnick, Katniss had to deal with the fact that Peeta and Johanna have been captured. Worse, her beloved home, District 12, is now gone.

The latest 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' trailer shows different wars happening in several districts. One young rebel asked, "Are you fighting Katniss? Are you here to fight with us?" to which Jennifer Lawrence replied, "I am. I will."

When Philip Seymour Hoffman's death took place in February, fans wondered whether producers would resort to computer-generated imagery to include him in the film. Director Francis Lawrence previously told Hunger Games Exclusive:

"In most of those scenes [shot without the actor], Phil didn't have any dialogue. We are going to put him into those scenes, but we're only using real footage. We're not creating anything digital or a robotic version of him."

The director likewise hinted to Reuters that some lines of Hoffman might be redistributed to some actors. Producer Nina Jacobson says that such lines might be given to Haymitch or Effie.

The 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' trailer premiered at the San Diego Comic Con event in a Samsung promo tie-in. That day, fans who wanted to see the teaser had to enter a Mockingjay pavilion where Samsung tablets in white pods waited for them.

'Mockingkay Part 1' is scheduled for release on November 21, 2014.
