New footage of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has been unveiled, and it has prompted Mega Evolutions rumors.

In the July 27 episode of "Pokemon Get TV," we are shown familiar footage of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, including the two lead characters and new Mega Evolutions like Mega Metagross and Mega Sceptile.

In addition, we also get a closer look at Archie and Maxie, the leaders of Team Aqua and Team Magma.

Although it is unconfirmed, some observers have noted that you can see Archie's Mega Stone on his glove, and Maxie's Mega Stone on his glasses.

If this is true, that means that they could both potentially hold Mega Evolutions in their Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire teams.

"I guarantee it's going to be Mega Camerupt," added Maverick Beaver.

"Or Mega Torkoal," wrote Ninten Star on July 28.

So far, several new Mega Evolutions have been confirmed for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, including the Mega Evolutions for the starter Pokemon like Sceptile and Swampert. In addition, Mega Sableye and Mega Metagross have been added to the Pokedex as well.
