Sofia Vergara's ex-fiancé Nick Loeb sure has an interesting opinion of the actress's new boyfriend Joe Manganiello. The "Modern Family" star's former love interest recently told the New York Post that he'd date Manganiello, if he was a female, that is.

And Loeb also managed to slip in a critical comment about his ex's fashion sense.

In an interview with the New York Post, the businessman, who split with Vergara in May, revealed her new boyfriend, "True Blood" actor Joe Manganiello, is quite the arm candy.

"He's a great-looking guy," said Loeb, "I guess if I was a girl, I'd be dating him, too."

Loeb admits that he won't be going to see Manganiello in the impending sequel to "Magic Mike," however.

"I didn't see the first one," said Loeb.

When the topic of Vergara's fashion choices came up, Loeb couldn't help but diss the "Chef" actress's sexy style.

"I'm sort of a conservative, so I like a girl to dress a little classier," Loeb told the publication. "I've always sort of liked the more classic, elegant look on a woman."

 Vergara reportedly ended her engagement to Loeb in May after the two found it difficult to spend time together with their busy schedules.

Vergara released a statement explaining the situation.

"Not that anyone should care, but in order to not give the press the chance to invent crazy and hurtful drama, I prefer to tell my fans personally that Nick and I have decided to be apart," said the actress. "We have been having too many problems with figuring out how to spend time together and because of my work and now his, its been getting worse and worse. Not fun anymore. We are still very close but we believe it's the best thing for us right now."

However, reports later claimed that the couple broke up because Loeb had been using his fiancée's fame for his own professional purposes.

"He desperately wanted her to use her star power to launch his acting career. He made her look like a fool," a source allegedly told Perezhilton.com

As for Vergara, she seems perfectly happy in her new relationship. The actress recently tweeted a photo of Manganiello and herself on a relaxing vacation.
