Teresa Giudice Divorce Rumors: Though the husband and wife power duo of the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, Teresa and Joe Giudice, appear to have the tightest, most loving marriage, due to legal reasons, the reality pair might actually file for divorce. Depending on how their Oct. 3rd court hearing goes, a breakup could be the best option for Teresa. The sentencing was moved from Sptember 23rd to Oct. rd because their lawyers are still gathering evidence so Teresa adn Joe have acquired a few more days with their children before D-Day. If Joe is sentenced to prison for the next two to four years, Teresa may divorce Joe in order to avoid paying his restitution fees. It's complicated and we are sure Teresa doesn't get it at all, but the mother of four will do whatever it takes to keep her money and avoid jail time, evn if that means filing for divorce from the love of her life.

RIght now Teresa needs to hang on to her money tightly as Bravo has fired Teresa from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, the reality star's meal ticket for 6 seasons. "Teresa Giudice has reportedly been fired from the Real Housewives of New Jersey, to which we say - it's about time!" Celebrity Laundry voiced about the Giudice's gravy train ending. "The woman's a convict and a felon and is about to serve serious jail time. I know reality shows are all about the ratings, but are they really willing to risk any modicum of remaining respect to keep Teresa on their roster? The answer to that is a resounding no." I agree with Celebrity Laundry and think the RHONJ star should have been dropped from the Bravo show for moral reasons a very long time ago.

Criminals do not deserve the perks of fame and fortune and Teresa and Joe were getting way too much support from the network. Teresa actually had the nerve to tell Dina that she's 'ok with downsizing.' Teresa better be 'ok with downsizing' after spending tax payers money to build her dream home. We all know the wrongs that Tre and Joe have done. Bravo is portraying them on Real Housewives of New Jersey. Joe and Tre should've thought about the welfare of their children before they became felons! And to this day.... Teresa is still selling her autograph for $25 cash so it doesn't have to be reported as income! Joe and Teresa Giudice think they are above the law. They deserve what they are getting, a divorce and all. It's a shame that their four daughters have to go through this ordeal, but Teresa should have been a protective mother to them before she cose to break the law, not after.
