Tech fans can expect 3 smartphone models from the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A series. One of them, the Samsung Galax A SM-A500, is set to be the mid-range variant among the 3 new devices.

According to the recent rumors about Samsung Galaxy A SM-A500 specs, reported on Android Headlines website, the smartphone will gets the same Touchwiz interface available on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy A SM-A500 specs rumors suggest that the handset device will come with a 13MP camera, a feature not usually seen on mid-level smartphones. However, this can be a possibility since most of the South Korean's high-end devices feature a primary camera with 16 MP lens.

As for other possible Samsung Galaxy A SM-A500 specs, Hallels.com shared that the upcoming smartphone might arrive with a resolution of 1280 X 720 HD pixels resolution with a 5-inch display screen. It was also noted that the mid-level Samsung Galaxy A mobile device will have a Snapdragon 400 processor with 2 GB RAM.

The other 2 devices included in the metal-framed designed Samsung Galaxy Alpha series are the SM-A300 and the SM-A700. Although there is no specs revealed yet for the SM-A700 yet, the specificities of the SM-A300 or the entry-level device for the Samsung Galaxy A series reportedly appeared online on GFXBench already .

As reported by SamMobile, the benchmark shows that the Samsung Galaxy A SM-A300 specs will include a 4.8-inch display with 960 X 540 screen resolution. The upcoming smartphone will be running Android 4.4.4 KitKat update at launch. Also, the Samsung Galaxy A SM-A300 will come with a "1.2GHz Qualcomm processor with 1GB RAM and 5GB of internal memory." Furthermore, the smartphone will also have a graphics processing unit, the Adreno 306 GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy A SM-A300 will also feature a 7 MP primary camera with 1080p Full HD video recording. The secondary cameral will have 5-MP lens.
