Daniele Watts, the black “Django Unchained” actress who cried foul last week over an alleged racism over her arrest, saying she was mistaken for a prostitute, may have been lawfully accosted after all. LAPD said that they were responding to a 911 call for “lewd act.”

In a report by the Daily News, Daniele Watts said she was doing “nothing wrong” before being taken by police and placed in handcuffs on September 11, but pictures showing her straddling her boyfriend in the car, with her breasts exposed, is proving otherwise.

An eyewitness told TMZ that Watts was “grinding” on her boyfriend’s, celebrity chef Brian Lucas, lap. The actress’s boyfriend appears to be holding onto the car sunroof. The racy scene was unfolding as they sit on the passenger side seat leaning out of the car, with the door wide open.

A source who spoke to TMZ said that someone from a nearby office requested them to stop, before a call was made to the police. TMZ described eyewitness accounts below:

“An eyewitness who saw Daniele and Brian as he worked in a nearby office tells TMZ ... Brian was sitting in the passenger seat with his feet on the curb and Daniele was straddling him with her shirt pulled up -- breasts exposed. The eyewitness says she was grinding on top of him, rocking back and forth.”

The famous gossip site said that the pictures were taken Thursday outside the CBS lot in Studio City.

“You see Daniele Watts straddling BF Brian -- their hands steadying themselves around the sunroof,” reports TMZ.

The actress wrote a lengthy Facebook post about the incident, where she said that she was “handcuffed and detained by 2 police officers from the Studio City Police Department after refusing to agree that I had done something wrong by showing affection, fully clothed, in a public place.”
