Hilary Duff's new album has been delayed but Duff's new song "All About You," the second single from the upcoming album is on its way. In July, the 26-year-old star released the first single from the album, "Chasing the Sun," the title song. Last month, Duff followed it up with "All About You."

Hilary Duff teased some sexy line dancing cowgirl moves on her "All About You" music video teaser. Duff references her recent "X Factor" appearance by showing all the action through two iPads.

Hilary Duff recently released her first new single in seven years, but is delaying her comeback album. Duff recently announced that her fifth studio album was scheduled to be released October 14.

Duff hasn't had a new record since 2007's "Dignity." Her first single "Chasing the Sun" was written by Colbie Caillat, Jason Reeves and Toby Gad, who also produced.

The 26-year-old former "Lizzie McGuire" gave no explanation for the delay. The former Disney star took to Twitter to post an apologetic statement, saying "Guys, hate to break this news but the album won't be out in October... You will have to wait a few more months. Love all the excitement tho."

Duff's upcoming album includes a collaboration with Ed Sheeran.

Duff recently spoke to Billboard about her new music, saying "The album is very positive. It's very up, but it does talk about... there's a song called 'If I Fall,' which is about me taking a step back and kind of shutting down my whole business, and everyone not believing in me and me being really scared to be alone after I'd been surrounded by 100 people for five years of my life."

"[There's] a song about my separation and my love for this person that maybe we're not meant to be together, or maybe we are," she continued. "I mean, it's very, very personal, but I would say that it has a happy spirit to it, which is me."
