Thousands Line Up For iPhone 6 And iPhone 6 Plus Release: Woman Waited Nineteen Days Outside Apple Flagship Store

Apple stores all over the world attracted a long line of Apple fan boys and girls as the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus made its debut.

The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus went on sale in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, France, Germany and the UK, before rolling out in Puerto Rico, Canada and the U.S.

PC Mag reports that this year was "even crazier" than before!

No surprise there! iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus racked up a record of 4 million reservations in just the first 24 hours, with the new pre-orders requiring customers to wait as long as November for their new iPhone. Resellers said users are trading in older phones to make room for the new iPhones.

I am New York News catches up with the 25-year-old woman at the front of the line in Apple's flagship store on Fifth Avenue, who, get this, was wait outside the store for 19 days!

Moon Ray says she's getting an iPhone 6 for herself and an iPhone 6 Plus for her husband.

"We brought solar chargers, thermal mats, and inflatable chairs and mattresses. We also got a membership at the YMCA so we can shower," she added.

It was reported that a handful of keen fans have been queuing outside the Fifth Avenue store since September 1, even when the phones were still a rumor. People even came from different parts of the world just to get first dibs on the latest iPhone. Some called lining up an "experience" which they just "have to do" every time a new phone comes up. They say nothing beats the feeling of having that shiny gadget before everyone else does.

But, in case you don't want to line-up, some were said to be selling their "prime spots" for err, a "reasonable" amount. One place in New York was already spots for as much as $2,500.

Well, that sounds "reasonable" enough.

What do you think? Will you line up for the new iPhone?
