As fans likely already know, Jennifer Lawrence and ex boyfriend Nicholas Hoult met while filming "X-Men: First Class" in 2011 but broke up in January of 2013 after two years of dating - and after filming ended. They then got back together in July 2013 while filming "X-Men: Days Of Future Past," before breaking up again in August - after filming ended.

Now Nicholas Hoult is reportedly dating Kristen Stewart, his "Equals" co-star, and Jennifer Lawrence is dating another Brit, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Will their new relationships affect filming of "X-Men: Apocalypse," which is due out in 2016?

It's likely too early to tell, but one thing's for sure: with the history of Jen and Nick in mind, these two can't resist each other for long when working on the same set together. If they are in serious relationships with other people at the time of "X-Men: Apocalypse" filming, then it may be another story - but if not, then it's likely these two will re-kindle their real-life romance as their on-screen love story unfolds.

As we previously reported, a source revealed to E! News that the break up between Jennifer and Nicholas "was very amicable."

"They spent a lot of time apart because of work, and it was difficult on their relationship," the insider said.

A long distance relationship isn't easy on anyone, and especially not on celebrities who are juggling making films, fame, and maintaining a love life. It seems "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" actress Jennifer Lawrence and her "X-Men" co-star are good at dating each other when they're nearby, but once filming of their mutual movie is over - so are they.

"Apocalypse" is set to premiere on May 27, 2016, meaning they'll start working on the picture by next year.
