Mayweather News 2014: Floyd Mayweather Called To Appear Before The Nevada State Panel For Unsafe Training Conditions; NSAC Concerns About Scenes Featured On 'All Access' On Showtime

Mayweather news 2014 revealed that the undefeated boxer may be in trouble with the NSAC.

In a report by ESPN, the Nevada State Athletic Commission required Mayweather to appear before it on September 23, 2014. The boxer was asked to answer questions regarding the alleged unsafe training conditions at his gym in Las Vegas. Mayweather is the owner of Mayweather Promotions, which reportedly has 12 boxers in its current roster.

The NSAC was particularly concerned about scenes featured on "All Access" on Showtime. These were shown before Mayweather's second bout against Marcos Maidana on September 13.

During the second episode of "All Access", amateur boxer Sharif Rahman was in a supposed sparring session with Donovan Cameron. Sharif suffered from a serious beating from his opponent which spurred his older brother Hasim to challenge Cameron to fight him in the ring. The two boxers continued to fight for 31 straight minutes until Cameron gave up. Rahman was declared the winner in the end. Mayweather was watching the whole time, cheering wildly.

According to Fanatix.com, Mayweather said this about his gym: "The doghouse - the rules are you fight till whoever quits. Guys fight to the death. It's not right but it's doghouse rules."

There were further concerns about the alleged rampant drug use during the show. Mayweather news 2014 featured him, not using, but watching other girlfriends roll marijuana joints in his house. The boxer sent an assistant to get more papers for rolling.

Francisco Aguilar, chairman of NSAC said, "Our main concern is the health and safety of the fighters and not just on fight night, but also in sparring and in training." He added, "There is also the marijuana situation in there, and some commissioners are upset about it. My priority is the health and safety of the fighters."

Mayweather news 2014 showed that the commission that the champ will be facing on Tuesday will be comprised of five people.
