The second day of the iHeartRadio Festival 2014 was jampacked with solid performances from today's hitmakers. Some of the many highlights of the show were Ed Sheeran's surprise performance and numbers by Iggy Azalea and One Direction.

Sheeran performed "Same Love" with Macklemore on the second day of iHeartRadio Fetival 2014, much to the surprise of the audience. "I like Macklemore - I think he likes me," said Sheeran before getting on the stage for the surprise performance.

One of the many talked-about performances of the night was of Iggy Azalea. The Australian rapper was happy to share her delight with how people responded to her collaboration with Jennifer Lopez. "I'm glad you're all talking about it," said Iggy about the remix of "Booty."

She also shared about an unreleased song she worked on with Jennifer Hudson. "I wish I could tell you but they're all still secret. I have my song with Jennifer Hudson," the "Fancy" rapper said. "I acutally did it nine months ago, before I released my first album."

Iggy performed at the Festival Village five hours before her slated set on the main stage, where she performed her hits "Black Widow" and "Fancy."

One Direction reportedly performed a short set for the second day of the festival. Backstage, they were interviewed by Billboard magazine, and there they talked about their upcoming album "Four."

"There's a good balance," said Louis Tomlinson in reference to the sound of their new record. "It's definitely our most different sounding album. We've definitely tried to keep it different, really."

Alicia Keys also popped in and showed off her baby bump for a surprise performance of "We Are Here"

Performances for the second day of the iHeartRadio Festival 2014 include sets by 5 Seconds of Summer, Paramore, Meghan Trainor, Lorde, Fergie, Weezer, 50 Cent, Lil John and Calvin Harris.
