In terms of hardware and processing system, the iPhone 6 runs on the new iOS8 and equipped with the new 64bit A8 chip, dual core processor at 1.4GHz and 1 GB of RAM memory. While the Motorola Moto X runs on 4.4 Android KitKat operating system, features a quad core processor clocked at 2.5GHz and supported by a 2 GB of RAM memory. Moto X has 32 GB built in memory space with no external slot available, unlike the iPhone 6 it has a version of 16/64/128 GB internal storage.
