One Direction singer Liam Payne took to Twitter and got into a bit of a fight when fans started calling him a "homophobe." Sophia Smith's boyfriend attempted to clear the air with a couple of Twitter messages directed at those accusing him of homophobia.

According to MTV, Liam Payne was the target of a nude photo leak scandal. Over the weekend an explicit image of a naked man (identified by some as Liam Payne) sitting on a bed with another man quickly spread on Twitter.

On Sunday, the One Direction singer reacted to the photo circulating - but in a way that led some to accuse him of homophobia. Liam called the photo "weird" and said he'd rather have a "full frontal" out there than the one in which he's allegedly kissing the unidentified man.
