The said device is equipped of Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8930, an Adreno 305 graphic processor, a RAM of 512MB and a built-in storage of 8GB.

On the other hand, the Motorola Moto G, runs on the Android operating system, it has a dimension of 5.11 x 2.59x0.46 inches and weighs 143 grams. The display size of the said handset is 4.5 inches, Moto G resolution is bigger compare to Lumia 625, because it has 720x1280 pixels and 329 ppi.

The Motorola G comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, a quad core processor at 1200MHz, and an Adreno 305 graphic processor.

In terms of the camera, the Nokia 625 offers a 5MP and features CMOS image sensor, autofocus, touch to focus, exposure compensation, ISO control, white balance presets, digital zoom and panorama. While the Moto G also offers 5MP and a 1.3MP front-facing camera, and it features touch to focus, burst mode, Geo tagging and a high dynamic range mode or the HDR.

The battery capacity of Lumia 625 is 2000 mAh while the Moto G has a bigger capacity, because it has 2070 mAh.

The price of Nokia Lumia 625 is $209 while the Motorola Moto G MSRP price is $179.
