Here is the comparison of HTC One M8 and HTC One M8 Mini 2 in terms of their specs, features and price according to the report of the Phone Arena and Fuse Joplin.

The HTC One M8 comes with 5inch screen display with a thickness of 9.4mm, a display featuring a resolution of 1920x1080 and density of 441ppi. On the other hand, the HTC One Mini 2 has a smaller 4.5inch 720p display with a thickness of 10.6mm.

In terms of hardware and processing system, the HTC One M8 runs on Android (4.4.3, 4.4) HTC Sense 6 UI operating system with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 which is quad core Krait 400 clocked at 2.3 GHz. The said device offers a 2 GB of RAM and GPU branded 330.

However, the HTC One M8 Mini 2 comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400. The quad core unit is clocked at 1.2 GHz and features a 1 GB of RAM and the Adreno 305 processor.

In terms of camera, the HTC One M8 comes with 4MP "Ultrapixel" rear facing camera that features a depth sensor and dual LED flash. In contrast, the HTC One M8 Mini 2 offers 13 mega pixels camera, so it can capture the fine detail of a certain place, scenery and others.

The HTC One M8 has a bigger battery capacity of 2600 mAh, while the HTC One M8 has a weaker 2110 mAh battery. When it comes to the price, the HTC One M8 is at $650 while the HTC One M8 Mini 2 is about $330.
