"Gangnam Style" Psy has started his free concert in Seoul with Korea's national anthem, "Ae Gook Ga."

More than the expected amount of people came to the free concert, gaining much attention.

Psy had announced that he would be holding this free concert for his fans regardless of if he made it to number one on the Billboards or not. This concert was to express his gratitude for his fans.

The city will dispatch police squads for the occasion that is expected to be an event for approximately 40,000 fans. Public transportation is scheduled to extend its running hours to 2AM in order to create a safe and convenient concert experience for Psy's fans.
