Psy continues his concert with "We are the One" and "It's Art."

With "We are the One," the crowd sings along with him as Psy states, "We aren't happy because we are jumping, we are jumping because we are happy."

He continues with his song, "It's Art" wearing a bright yellow tunic as he shows off his powerful dance moves.

The city dispatched police squads for the occasion where now approximately 80,000 fans showed up. Public transportation is scheduled to extend its running hours to 2AM in order to create a safe and convenient concert experience for Psy's fans.
