Shin Hyun Joon offered up his liver. 

On the Tuesday episode of KBS Mon/Tues drama "Ohlala Couple," Su Nam (Shin Hyun Joon) hears about Yeo Ok (Kim Jung Eun) from his best friend Man Soo (Kim Myung Guk). 

Man Soo says, "Is Yeo Ok sick? She was in the hospital when she was on vacation. It seemed like she was sick." Su Nam then remembered Yeo Ok lying to him about being at a friend's house and then being in pain, clutching her stomach. 

Su Nam delays his travel and heads to the hospital and through his doctor friend, hears that she has liver cancer. He also hears that she may need a liver transplant and is devastated. He then proceeds to look for Yeo Ok, who had quit her job and hadn't been coming home. He went to her hometown and when she sees him, she asks him why he's there. Su Nam simply tries to take her and says he'll explain to her mother if she doesn't follow him.

Yeo Ok asks him why he's pretending to be nice now and Su Nam tells her that because their blood types match and they might have a better chance at a transplant. Yeo Ok is still furious and tells him to go back. Su Nam returns and gets tested and comes back to find her with the results. Su Nam says, "Let's go to the hospital. Hate me if you want to. Curse at me if you want to. Hit me, too. I'm not scared of you. I'm not going to tip toe around you anymore."

He says, "I'm not going to ask you to live with me. I have one more wish is to save your life. After that, I'll go somewhere where you can't see me."
