The alleged new boyfriend of Mich Liggayu, Neo Domingo finally broke his silence about the controversies surrounding him and Liggayu.

Here's his statement on Startalk translated to English.

"To the 'Jamich' fanbase, I would like to tell you all that there's no 'Neomich.' Mich and I are not in a relationship and never were we in one," said Domingo to those "Jamich" fans criticizing him and the other half of the Youtube tandem "Jamich."

Domingo even asked a favor to all "Jamich" supporters: "I hope you just continue to support her [Mich], She needs you now, all your support. She needs all your trust and understanding, most of all, she needs your love."

We have previously reported that the rumors about Liggayu dating Neo Domingo began when a photo of the couple surfaced online while Jam Sebastian was still on the hospital. Gossip blog Fashion Pulis got their hands first on the photo (see photo above) as they allegedly went out on a date.

Also stated in our previous report is that, "on Facebook, someone spotted Mich allegedly replying to a post with the words "I love you" to a guy while Jam is on his hospital bed, entertainment website PEP.ph reported."

According to Domingo, that photo that surfaced online was taken during a charity event wherein he and Mich were invited to perform.

Mich Liggayu also insisted that the two of them are just really close friends.

In the end of the interview, Neo Domingo admitted that their friendship took a hit due to the controversies.

"Now, it is very awkward, since I never liked it from the very beginning. I never thought that it would end up like this as we are only friends and co-workers."

Nonetheless, he guaranteed that he will never leave Mich Liggayu's side as he believes she needs him now more than ever.
