'Scandal' Season 4 Spoilers: Scott Foley, Joshua Malina's Tweets Hint Jake Is Dead, But Is He Really?

Scott Foley and Joshua Malina have been playing anti-spoilers for "Scandal" season 4 as they hinted that Jake is dead. But he's not, really.

On his Twitter account, Scott Foley seemed to hint that he's leaving the series as he wrote, "So, there it is. Thank you Twitter for tonight and all of the Thursday nights. It's such an honor. #Scandal."

A die-hard fan commented, "YOU'RE LYING TAKE IT BACK." One follower wrote, "Wait why're you talking like you're off the show? Don't toy with me Scott." Joshua Malina, who plays David Rosen, also tweeted what seemed like "Scandal" season 4 spoilers,"It has been a real pleasure working with @scottkfoley. #Scandal."

But one fan noted, "Its such a shame ABC spoiled that he's still alive with the promo pics. It could have been like the week that you were the mole."

Another said, "@JoshMalina @scottkfoley stop. Sadly We saw the promo pics and know he's fine."

Daily Mail took note of the spoilers from ABC for "Scandal" season 4 showing Jake.

"A glimpse at promotional images from the April 30 episode - titled 'A Few Good Women' - proves Jake might not have perished," it said. "The Gladiators' crisis manager could be seen caring for what appears to be a bandaged, healing Ballard in bed."

The promo trailer for "A Few Good Women" also hinted that Jake is dead with Russell telling Rowan Pope that "Ballard has been eliminated."

Quinn is also shown saying, "Jake's dead. Jake is dead."

But the "Scandal" season 4 ending where Jake appeared to have died was ruined by ABC for releasing next week's still photos giving away spoilers.

The photos show Jake Ballard recovering on what seemed to be a hotel bed. Liv is apparently personally taking care for her lover.

Watch out for more "Scandal" season 4 spoilers which will be published here when they become available.
