"KUWTK" has allegedly continued to be raking high viewership this 2015 out of the Rob Kardashian's weight gain troubles, and the sock mogul is reportedly sick of it. Meanwhile, his sister Kim carried a photo of him during her last visit in Armenia.

According to the latest issue from OK! Magazine, Rob Kardashian is reportedly planning to file a lawsuit against his family to the tune of $50 million this 2015.

"After his mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe discussed his weight and depression issues on a recent episode of 'Keeping Up With theKardashians,' the reality star wants to take legal action to ensure that his family stops using him as a storyline!" the magazine claimed.

A source allegedly told the magazine that Rob Kardashian refused to appear on the show to keep his weight gain from being discussed in public.

"He wants to find a ironclad way to stop them from even mentioning his name on the show, let alone discussing his mental health," the insider added.

Although the family has expressed their concern about Rob Kardashian's weight gain in "KUWTK," it allegedly won't stop Rita Ora's ex from filing a lawsuit this 2015.

"If they were genuinely worried about him, he thinks they'd realize that talking about him on TV is only making things worse and pushing him away," the article said.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry, meanwhile, is fully supporting RobKardashian's plan to sue his family this 2015 for continuing to talk about his weight gain.

"One way to get the Kardashian Family's attention is by taking away some of their not-so-hard earned money," it said. "A legal action against them that could cost them $50 Million is definitely one way for Rob Kardashian to prove that he means business."

"Whether or not the lawsuit will stand up in court is an entirely different story though."

The report came on the heels of Kim Kardashian walking around in Armenia with a cutout photo of Rob Kardashian's face.

A source told Us Weekly, "Kim wanted Rob to come and experience Armenia but he wasn't up for it."
