Gal Gadot was already cast in the lead of the "Wonder Woman" stand-alone film, but the actor playing Amazon warrior's love interest Steve Trevor has yet to be named.

In a new report, "Expendables 3" actor Liam Hemsworth and "True Blood" star Alexander Skarsgard have auditioned to land the role of Wonder Woman's love interest.

According to Daily Mail, Scott Eastwood, Clint Eastwood's son and star of "Longest Ride," was supposed to audition but opted for a role in "Suicide Squad" instead.

On Friday, Jeff Sneider revealed during the Meet The Movie Press vodcast that Scott Eastwood won't be playing Steve Trevor.

"He could have a role in Suicide Squad, a smaller role or he could test for the male lead in Wonder Woman... alongside guys like Alexander Skarsgard and Liam Hemsworth," he said.

As of now, Gal Gadot is still without a male lead in "Wonder Woman."

"Steve Trevor is still open, and they are not going back to those guys for testing now that they have a new director," he said.

Michelle McLaren has left "Wonder Woman" over creative differences with the studio, Warner Bros. She was replaced by Patty Jenkins who will reportedly hold new auditions for Gal Gadot's romantic lead, which might rule out Liam Hemsworth and Alexander Skarsgard.

Meanwhile, speaking of Gal Gadot's "Wonder Woman," the earlier costume teased by Zac Snyder showing the actress wearing what seemed like a brown leather corset similar to what Lucy Lawless wore in "Xena: Warrior Princess" drew some flak.

But a video featurette by Bleacher Report on LA Clippers center DeAndre Jordan-a huge batman fan-visiting Warner Bros studio shows Wonder Woman's costume in full color.

In the life-sized statue, Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman was clearly wearing the traditional red and blue costume, as opposed to Zack Snyder's brown.

Aside from the costume, fanboys also slammed Gal Gadot for being too thin to play the Amazon princess in "Wonder Woman." To her credit, the model/actress says that she can't please everybody.
