Rapper DMX Arrested: Rapper Nabbed By Police For Driving Without A License AGAIN! [VIDEO]

Rapper DMX was arrested early Wednesday morning in northwestern South Carolina for driving without a license, according to the AP.

Police pulled over the 42-year-old DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, when they noticed the rapper leaving the Lil' Cricket gas station on Gap Creek Road, according to Fox Carolina. They knew DMX had outstanding charges of previously driving without a license.

The rapper was again driving without a license, this time with his 5-year-old daughter in the car.

Police arrested DMX, booking him into the Spartanburg County jail around 2 a.m. The rapper went before a judge at 6 a.m. when he was charged with driving without a license.

"When I could have just paid the money right there on the spot, basically it was just five hours wasted for nothing," DMX said after leaving the jail. "I don't have a court date or a court appearance."

Rapper DMX, best known for high energy party tracks like 1998's "Ruff Ryder's Anthem" or 1999's "Party Up" has been arrested several times before.

In 2011, he was arrested in a Phoenix suburb after a state trooper clocked the rapper driving 102 mph. At the time DMX had recently been released from prison after being jailed for failing to submit to probationary drug testing and driving without a license.
