Kurt Warner Home Auction in Arizona, Selling to Highest Bidder

NFL legend Kurt Warner put his six-bedroom mansion up for auction on February 27 after waiting over a year to sell on the open market.

The 11,300-square foot in Scottsdale, Arizona is expected to be sold for about $5 million. The place features six bedroom, seven bathrooms, a guest house, a workout room, theater room, its own elevator, in-ground trampoline and 62-foot poll with an overhead waterfall.

"It's a great house for entertaining for sure. It's a stunning, stunning home," real estate agent Rob Brown said.

The auction has no minimum bid required and auction nearly guarantees the home will be sold for considerably less than its original asking price. The auction is run by Concierge Auctions.

"This is just another way to get this sold, and it will be sold by the end of the month," selling agent Chrissy Donnelly said.
