Beyonce "Life is But A Dream;" Singer Gets Personal in HBO Doc, Premieres Tonight at 9PM [VIDEOS]

Beyonce gets personal in her HBO documentary, "Life is But A Dream," which airs tonight, Feb. 16, at 9PM ET. Beyonce, who is notoriously private about her personal life, gives a special glimpse of her life as a multi-platinum artist who battles with everyday struggles and fears.

"I always battle with how much do I reveal about myself," Beyonce says in the trailer for the HBO documentary, "Life is But A Dream." "How do I stay current? How do I stay soulful?"

"People see celebrities and they have money and fame, but I'm a human being," Beyonce explains in the trailer. "I cry, I get scared, I get nervous just like everyone else."

Beyonce opened up about the miscarriage she and husband Jay Z experienced two years ago. The Grammy winner never spoke openly about the tragic incident until recently. However, during a "Super Bowl Live" interview, Beyonce also shared that her first child, Blue Ivy, is the most precious thing in her life.

"My husband [Jay Z] is incredible, he is so supportive... My daughter is... I mean, when I wake up in the morning, the best thing in the world is seeing her face," Beyonce said, smiling.

"She's starting to talk," she added. "It's just such a beautiful time in my life to have a child and everyday see something new and see her learn something new."

During Beyonce's interview with Vogue for March 2013 issue, she even refers to her firstborn child as her "road dog" and "homey."

When asked about adjusting to motherhood at Super Bowl Live, Beyonce said: "I love it, it is so much more fulfilling then anything else in the world."

In Beyonce's upcoming HBO film, "Life Is But A Dream," the singer reveals the great heartbreak of the miscarriage she endured.

"About two years ago, I was pregnant for the first time," Beyonce said. "I heard the heartbeat, which was the most beautiful music I ever heard in my life."

"I picked out names. I envisioned what my child would look like. I was feeling very maternal." However, it seemed all of sudden that tragedy struck, Beyonce revealed. "I flew back to New York for my regular check up - and no heartbeat... Literally the week before I went, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat."

"I went into the studio and wrote the saddest song I've ever written in my life," Beyonce said.

"And it was actually the first song I wrote for my album. And it was the best form of therapy for me, because it was the saddest thing I've ever been through."

Beyonce did not reveal which song exactly was written about her miscarriage. However, after bearing her first child, Blue Ivy, the singer admits that its the greatest joy.

"Being pregnant was very much like falling in love," she mused.

"You are so open. You are so overjoyed. There's no words that can express having a baby inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone."

When Beyonce did reveal her pregnacy news at the 2011 MTV VMAs, it became one of the most Tweets moments of all time.

"Family has always been important. I've always had my mother and my father and my husband," Beyonce told Vogue. "But it's just...Life is so much more than. . . It's not defined by any of this [fame or money]."
