Lena Headey: Husband Reckless to Care For Child, Wins Custody Battle for Son, After He Poses With AK47

Lena Headey stated her estranged husband is "too reckless" to care for their two-year-old son and prevented him from taking the boy to Ireland.

The "Games of Thrones" star accused husband Peter Loughran of putting the child in dangerous situations, case in point where Loughran posted a photo on Facebook where he is posing with an AK47 assault rifle.

The judge ruled in favor of Headey and blocked the request of travel by Loughran. She further alleges her husband of drinking problem and claiming he had been drinking before the incident where his car drifted into oncoming traffic.

The couple, who has a son named Wylie together, had been married for five years before breaking up in July. During the time of divorce Headey cited "irreconcilable differences" in documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The 39-year-old actress is a working mother says it is hard but she makes it work. She splits her time between Los Angeles and Northern Ireland where "Game of Thrones" is filmed.

"My son is in LA. So every second I have, I go home. I fly between the two. Busily," Headey told her hometown paper, the Huddersfield Examiner.

Headey have kept quiet about the impending divorce, the couple after the spilt reportedly dumped their luxury Hollywood Hills home for a substantial loss. After paying $1.8 million four years ago, she sold it for $1.35 million, losing more than $450,000.
