Selena Talks Relationships In Harper’s Bazaar Interview, Says “I Don’t Get Asked Out A Lot,” But Won’t Reunite With ‘Toxic Toddler’ Justin Bieber

Selena Gomez doesn't plan on getting back together with Justin Bieber, whom a friend called a 'toxic toddler'. Gomez talked about her relationships with Harper's Bazaar in an interview released today, March 7.

Selena Gomez, of Disney's 'Wizards Of Waverly Place', is reportedly looking to date older men after breaking up with Bieber, the 'toxic toddler'.

Bieber and Gomez were an item for almost two years. The couple reportedly split when vacationing in Mexico together just before New Year's Eve. Justin's immaturity was allegedly to blame.

An insider source and friend of Gomez told RadarOnline.com, "Selena is looking to date an older man this time."

"She finally realized how toxic it was to date a toddler like Justin," the source continued.

Selena Gomez is now focusing on her career and is putting aside her romantic life for now.

"Selena is doing really well and feels like a weight has been lifted off her shoulders now that Justin is out of the picture. She finds Justin to be embarrassing since their breakup. He's turned into exactly the kind of person she'd never want to be with," the source explained.

Bieber has seemed to be on a downward spiral since his breakup with Gomez. On his birthday earlier this week, he was spotted in London celebrating his birthday at a club, shirtless.

"For now Selena isn't concerned one bit with Justin's boyish antics. It's the last thing she cares about. Her sights are set on a much more mature man who won't embarrass her or cause childish fights for no reason," Gomez's friend concluded.

In a new Harper's Bazaar Interview, Selena talked about her love life and past relationship with Bieber.

"It was [open to scrutiny], but that's not a factor for me because unfortunately you can't control that. To me, love is normal. Of course, you see Jay (Jay-Z) and Beyonce, and you're like, 'Oh, my gosh, they're perfect for each other,' but at the end of the day their love is just like everybody else's love. They have problems, I'm sure, and they solve them, like anybody else...[Normalcy] was super important to both of us. Which was great...That's how it should be," Gomez explained.

She went on to agree with her friend's claim that she is still looking for someone special, "I believe in love - yes, I'm one of those girls. Most of my friends believe in love.... I believe in stories like, 'Oh, I met him in Starbucks.'"

Selena Gomez is expected to release a new song soon; she has been in the recording studio with songs she reportedly wrote right after her breakup with Bieber.

Her producer, Rock Mafia, tweeted about her new single 'Love Will Remember.'

"Mixing @selenagomez's 'Love will Remember', can't wait for you guys to hear it."

Gomez is also scheduled to release the single "Better Without You", co-written by Taylor Swift, on March 18.

Gomez will soon be seen starring in the film 'Spring Breakers' with James Franco and Vanessa Hudgens, which will be released in theaters on March 29.
