Pregnant Kim Kardashian experienced a miscarriage scare while arriving home in Los Angeles after a flight from Paris on Tuesday, March 5.

The 32-year-old reality star Kim Kardashian has been travelling the world, from Paris to Rio de Janeiro, with beau Kanye West while she has been pregnant.

However, this jet-set life seems to be taking a toll on Kim Kardashian's body.

A source told New York Post's 'Page Six, "Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed. She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears."

"She thought she was having a miscarriage."

The doctor who looked at Kardashian reportedly ruled out a miscarriage and released her. But he also told Kim Kardashian to calm her busy lifestyle.

"Kim's not respecting her pregnancy. She's running around, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight," 'Page Six' claimed.

The 'Page Six' insider said, "She's scared that her a-s is as big as a couch and is going south, but she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down."

Another source told Us Weekly that Kim is "All fine - doctor-ordered rest."

The Us Weekly source continued, "[Kim's] been working a lot, and with a divorce and the move (to Bel-Air with West) and everything else she has going on, she just needs to take a little rest."

Kim Kardsashian is four months pregnant with the baby, reportedly a girl, and is due to give birth in July.

Kardashian recently started a 'mommy blog' about her experiences in pregnancy, though she has publicly claimed that she wants to become more private.

Perhaps that is the reason behind her reported departure from 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'.

In addition to her hectic work schedule, Kim Kardashian is still dealing with her divorce case from Kris Humphries. Humphries has argued for an annulment unsuccessfully.

A judge recently ruled that Kardashian and Humprhies' divorce trial will start on May 6.

Kim Kardashian hasn't yet mentioned her recent pregnancy scare on her oft-updated Twitter feed, so she may be taking her doctor's advice for the moment.
