Demi Wants Support: Moore Finally Signed Divorce Papers, Now Asking For Spousal Support, Kutcher To Pay Her Legal Fees

Demi wants spousal support from former husband Aston Kutcher. Demi Moore signed the papers filed for divorce several months after they were initially filed by her ex, Kutcher.

50-year-old Demi Moore is not just asking for spousal support from Kutcher.

In addition to spousal support, Demi is asking that Kutcher pay her lawyer's fees despite the fact that, according to Huffington Post, she is worth more than he is.

Demi Moore decided to split with Ashton Kutcher in November 2011, after evidence of Kutcher's affair with a 23-year-old came to light.

Moore was rumored to be just as upset about Kutcher's current relationship with Mila Kunis and the fact that Kutcher was the first to serve her divorce papers.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher married in September 2005.

Sources have claimed that Demi Moore has "got money up the wazoo", so it's interesting that Demi Moore is asking for money.

Demi Moore had been divorced twice before, and allegedly earned $90 million in her divorce from Bruce Willis, who is worth about $150 million.

Ashton Kutcher is reportedly worth approximately $140 million. He is currently the highest-paid actor currently on Television due to his leading role on "Two and a Half Men."

According to a source, Demi is asking for support not for money, but to show that Kutcher was a 'bad husband' that 'really hurt her'.

Other sources told TMZ that the former couple is in the midst of negotiating a final settlement, and that Demi knows that the more she asks for, the more she will likely get.

The source said, "Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi - a lot more than she made - but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much."
