Rumors that Miley Cyrus split with fiancé Liam Hemsworth have been given additional fuel today, when Miley Cyrus was spotted partying with a mystery man.

Miley Cyrus' mystery man was photographed by X17Online driving to Miley's house in his car to pick her up.

The Mystery Man then drove Miley Cyrus in her Porsche Cayenne to a friend's party in North Hollywood.

A source confirmed to Us Weekly that Miley Cyrus' mystery man is Hemsworth's friend Paul Khoury.

The 20-year-old Miley Cyrus had previously denied rumors of her split and calling off her wedding to Hemsworth.

However, Cyrus was seen on Wednesday night without her engagement ring, adding credibility to the rumors that she and Hemsworth have split.

The rumors of Miley Cyrus's split with Hemsworth started after Star Magazine alleged that Hemsworth cheated on Cyrus with Mad Men actress January Jones.

Neither Jones nor Hemsworth have denied the rumor.

Insiders have claimed that relations between Cyrus and Hemsworth are complicated.

One source said to Us Weekly, "[Hemsworth's] not happy," while another friend of Cyrus said, "She says she's over it."

However, a source close to Cyrus told People that Cyrus "still wants to get married".

Miley tweeted about the rumors on Wednesday,  "I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn't call off my wedding..."

"Not discussing anything but my music from now on," Cyrus tweeted.

Miley Cyrus is working on her fourth studio album with a variety of producers including Pharrell Williams and Hit-Boy, who has produced for Kanye West, Jay-Z and Eminem.
