Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal dated for two months in 2010 and while tha latter remained mum about their romance, he recently had no choice but to talk about her. When he appeared on Good Morning America earlier in July, the song "Bad Blood" was playing when he walked out.

The 34-year-old told DJ Howard Stern that he was unaware that it was the song playing.

"First of all, I did not hear that. When I'm doing an interview when you're up at 5 am and you can't really make sense of words, you're not thinking about the background music that's playing behind you."

When asked if he'd recognize a song by the blonde beauty, he said "Of course."

The US DJ joked the "Nightcrawler" actor that he should have tied the knot with the "Blank Space" songstress saying, "You should have married Taylor Swift. What a power couple!"

The actor, on the other hand, went on to compliment his ex saying she's a "beautiful girl." However, he said he is unaware if there are any songs written about him.

Fans speculate that the singles "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and "All Too Well" have been penned by Taylor Swift due to her and Jake Gyllenhaal's failed romance. The actor allegedly ended his relationship with the "Styles" songstress with a single phone call.

Nonetheless, even if Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal's romance did not work out, the "Out of the Woods" singer is happy with her current beau, Calvin Harris.

In a radio interview with Manchester's Key 103, the DJ talked about his lady love.

"It's not even a case of ticking all the boxes, there's boxes that I didn't even know existed she ticks."

He also revealed that despite her fame, Taylor Swift loves to cook. He called her an "incredible cook and human being."
