Jennifer Lawrence's Tattoo Fail Overshadowed By 'The Big Lebowski' Live Reading!

Jennifer Lawrence owned up to her tattoo fail, but it might have just made people fall in love with her even more.

Mashable reported that it was supposedly JLaw's own brand of "watered-down rebellion", so she literally got a barely visible tattoo of "H20"on her hand. In fact, at first glance, the tattoo looks like a mere scar.

There's a catch, though. "H2O" was incorrectly rendered. According to Elle, Lawrence made the "permanent mistake" on her body while hanging out with her "The Hunger Games" co-star Liam Hemsworth and his family.

"I was with Liam's family and everybody was getting tattoos," she apparently told a reporter at Comic Con. "And I was like, well, I'm always going to need to be hydrated so I guess I should just get H2O on my hand."

"I know the '2' is high, and in H20, the '2' is supposed to be low," she admitted. "I should have Googled it before I got it tattooed on my body."

Fans are saying that at least, the "Mockingjay" star was a sport.

It seems, though, that the live reading has overshadowed Jennifer Lawrence's tattoo fail.

On Friday, Lawrence joined her "X-Men: Apocalypse" co-stars Michael Fassbender, Olivia Munn and an impressive celebrity cast for a live reading of Jason Reitman's 1998 cult classic "The Big Lebowski".

According to People, Lawrence brought her signature brand of humor to the live table read. She read the part of Jeffrey Lebowski's daughter, Maude (a role that fellow Oscar-winner Julianne Moore originally played in the movie).

Fassbender, who played The Dude, was very much in character as he wore Jeff Bridges' (the original The Dude) signature bathrobe and boxers. He even smoked "cigarettes", which Lawrence quietly rolled beside him, and drank a cocktail on stage.

However, the "Silver Linings Playbook" actress had a script mix-up with Munn who was playing Bunny, Maude's stepmother, due to an incorrectly highlighted script page. This prompted the cast to scramble and restart, laughing and talking while Munn passed script pages to Lawrence.

The crowd who gathered for the "Just for Laughs" Festival in Montreal, Canada certainly had a blast watching the all-star cast, and may have been [momentarily] forgotten Jennifer Lawrence's tattoo fail.
