The Fashion Police Star and daughter of legendary rock icon Ozzy Osbourne had to be taken to the hospital when she collapsed from a seizure on the set of her E! show.

People Magazine reports that while filming Fashion Police Osbourne turned to co-host Melissa Rivers and told her that she didn't feel well before falling out of her chair and having a seizure.

Osbourne went on Twitter to thank her fans for their support and said that doctors are trying to figure out why she had the seizure.

"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes, yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?"

There has been no formal diagnosis as of yet but people are suspecting that Kelly Osbourne has epilepsy.

Epilepsy or the seizure disorder as it is also known is a neurological condition, which affects the nervous system. Epilepsy.com says a person is usually diagnosed after having two seizures. It is possible that one seizure is just an isolated incident.

An isolated seizure is a symptom of a possible disorder in the brain. It is a surge of electrical activity in the brain and will affect how a person feels and acts.

Epilepsy.com also reports that about half of the people who suffer a seizure without cause will experience another one within 6 months.

The Osbourne family has had their share of health scares in the past. Kelly's brother Jack Osbourne was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and her mother Sharon Osbourne won her battle with colon cancer; she was diagnosed 10 years ago.

Sharon Osbourne went on Twitter to thank her daughters supporters, "I want to thank everyone for their concern about [Kelly], she's doing fine, she's at Cedars and is surrounded by the best doctors and love."
