Justin Bieber Cancels Concert in Portugal, Because of 'Unforeseen Circumstances'

Justin Biber cancels one of two concerts in Lisbon, Portugal, according to Portuguese music promoter Everything Is New.

Bieber who was scheduled for March 12 at the Pavilhao Atlantico has been canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances." A Portuguese newspaper reported that there had not been enough demand for tickets.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second performance in Portugal, March 12."

It continues, "The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on March 11. Holders of tickets valid for March 12 should contact the respective place of purchase to receive a refund within 30 days of the date of the scheduled concert, which ends April 11."

The news of Bieber's canceled "Believe" concert follows after his bad week in London when he arrived two hours late to a show, then collapsing onstage the next night, as the singer checked into a hospital after experiencing difficulty breathing. Later there was a confrontation with a photographer as he yelled, "I'll f--king beat the f--k out of you!"

TMZ reports that there is no word yet on whether the cancellation is related to the singer's collapse during a London concert performance, which his representative said was due to shortness of breath.
