Kanye West Doesn't Like 'Suit & Tie' while Justin Timberlake's Hit Tops Charts

During his SNL performance last Saturday night, Justin Timberlake changed the lyrics to his record breaking hit "Suit & Tie", which features Jay-Z, in response to rapper Kanye West's grievance against the song.

While performing a part of the second verse that once went "sh-'s so sick, got a hit and picked up a habit" Timberlake replaced it with "my hit's so sick got rappers acting dramatic" on Saturday Night Live.

Speculation arose over the internet claiming this was Justin Timberlake's response to Kanye West's February 23 rant on stage in London: "And I got love for Hov but I ain't f--- with that Suit & Tie."

Despite the backlash from West's disproval of the track, "Suit & Tie" has already broken radio play records, arriving at No. 14 on Billboard's Pop Songs chart, which measures mainstream top 40 radio airplay.

The song had the highest first-week plays total in the chart's 20-year history, which deemed it the highest rank for a song by a male artist.

Timberlake will be headlining with Jay-Z on his Legends of Summer tour starting in July.
