Amanda Bynes is unrecognizable to her fans after revealing pictures on Twitter and Instagram of her new look.

Amanda Bynes revealed a dramatic makeover on Sunday. She uploaded a photo to her Twitter account with heavy eye makeup wearing a red knit hat on top of a long, curly blonde wig.

The caption to the picture simply read, "Wink ;)"

Soon after, Amanda Bynes tweeted another picture of herself with the new hairstyle. The photo also showed off her face piercing and she added a few sentiments about her love life.

"If it is meant to be, our hearts will find each other when we meet. And if our hearts melt together so will our bodies and souls," read the tweet.

Bynes added a short while later, "Forgetting past memories." And followed up with, "The best feelings are those that have no words to describe them......"

The latest makeover for the "retired" actress is one of several made in the past few months. The 26-year-old revealed her pierced face to the world in January. The piercing is known as a "dermal anchor." In the first Instagram picture of the appendage, she is seen smiling and wearing large sunglasses.

Amanda Bynes has been in the news lately for more than just her ever-changing looks. There have been reports of an array of personal issues disrupting the young star's life.

She had two hit-and-run cases, one of which was settled late last year. Bynes is also facing two charges of driving with a suspended license. In September she fired her agent, publicist, and lawyer after her troubles went public.

And just last month, Bynes faced eviction from her New York City apartment and was forced to move into a hotel. Her neighbors reportedly complained that she had been smoking marijuana and cigarettes "morning, noon and night" a source told Us Weekly.

Another insider reported that Amanda's parents have now moved into the same hotel to keep watch because they are "afraid for her."

The unrecognizable makeover from Amanda Bynes is just one of many changes in her life since announcing last November that she is a "retired multi-millionaire."
