The feud between One Direction and Naughty Boy seems to have escalated because the 30-year-old is allegedly threatening to reveal the band's secrets in a tell-all interview. The producer briefly worked with Zayn Malik after the latter left 1D last March.

According to a Hollywood Life insider, Naughty Boy already made offers with several tabloids.

"Naughty Boy got very close to Zayn, and knows everything about the boys. He's approached several UK tabloids shopping a huge tell-all about the band, with the promise of revealing their X-rated secrets," said the insider. "After falling out with Zayn, he's keen to make money off the back of him and sees this as his perfect opportunity."

However, the source said that "so far no one has bitten" the offer because of its hefty price tag. The London-born producer is allegedly asking for a "6-figure sum" for his exclusive story.

Zayn Malik turned to Naughty Boy when he departed the famed boy band. The Bradford-born singer eventually realized that his "friend" didn't have his best interests at heart which prompted Zayn Malik to call him "fake."

Meanwhile, despite the news about One Direction and Naughty Boy, nothing can stop Zayn Malik from inking a new record deal with RCA Records.

He shared an Instagram photo of him signing the deal and captioned it: "I guess I never explained why I left, it was for this moment to be given the opportunity to show you who i really am! #realmusic #RCA!!"

The new deal puts Zayn Malik on the same family as Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, the Foo Fighters, and many others.

Many One Directioners congratulated Perrie Edwards' fiancée for his new venture. Even Simon Cowell reportedly felt happy for the "I Won't Mind" singer.

No love is lost between Zayn Malik and the remaining 1D boys. When the British group recently celebrated their fifth anniversary, Liam Payne made sure to still thank his former band mate.

"Wowwwww 5 years 5 boys what an amazing journey I couldn't thank you all ever enough and thankyou Louis Niall Harry and zayn for everything," Liam Payne tweeted on July 23.

Zayn Malik responded with a heartfelt "thanks bro! x."
